Atlantia and Bertin form Brazil road ventures

Atlantia and Bertin Group will create two joint ventures to own 1,538km of real toll highway concessions in Brazil. The companies will each own a 50% stake in both of the new holding companies. Morgan Stanley is financial adviser to Atlantia on the deal, which still requires regulatory approval.
