ESB International has approached lenders about participating in a financing for the 860MW Carrington combined cycle gas-fired plant. According to sources at banks familiar with the process, ESB aims to close a financing for the £500 million ($788 million) project at the start of March.
But ESB has not been forthcoming with details of an offtaker...
