UK's Northumbrian, Wessex and Severn Trent water in bond market

Northumbrian Water has closed a £360 million ($550 million) 30-year bond, led by Barclays Capital, HSBC and RBC Capital Markets. The bonds, rated Baa1/BBB+ (Moody's/S&P), priced at 203bp over Gilts for a 5.125% coupon. The issue its the first from Northumbrian since Cheung Kong Infrastructure took it private in August 2011....
