The four prequalified bidders on the Marseilles L2 road PPP - Vinci, Bouygues/Egis/Spie Batignolles/Meridiam, Eiffage and Fayat - have submitted the latest round of bids . This round of bidding was due to ake place earlier in 2010 but had been pushed back to the first quarter of this year.
